Fila USA, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefit plan that includes health, dental, vision, and Life and Disability coverages to all fulltime permanent employees. There is waiting period to be enrolled in the benefits. The benefit will begin on the date of hire as a full time employee.
All full time employees are eligible for medical coverage on their full time date of hire. FILA USA, Inc. offers two medical plans to choose from. Benefits are covered after a coinsurance and deductibles, and full prescription coverage is included.
All full time employees are eligible for dental coverage on their full time date of hire. PPO dental coverage is available and members can go to any dentist of their choice, however when utilizing the preferred network, members receive a higher level of coverage and lower out of pocket costs.
All full time employees are eligible for vision coverage on their full time date of hire. The vision plan is automatically included when enrolled in the medical plan. Members may also use non participating providers and will receive an allowance towards exams and materials.

All full time employees are eligible for Life/AD&D coverage on their full time date of hire.
Short Term Disability & Long Term Disability
Short and long term disability is offered to insure full time employees who may become unable to work due to an illness or injury. The plan(s) provides a percentage of predisability earnings up to a maximum per month after a waiting period.

Additional life insurance may be purchased to cover you, your spouse or your dependent children.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees can elect to establish an FSA which is funded with before tax contributions from salary. This funding can then be used to reimburse the employee for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Amounts elected for the FSA cannot be changed or stopped mid year unless a qualifying even occurs. Monies not used before the end of the plan year will be forfeited.
Employees must be 19 years of age to participate in the group sponsored 401(k) plan. Employees can make changes at any time and contribute up to 50% of their salary to a maximum for the plan year.Contributions paid into the plan cannot be forfeited for any reason.
Additional Voluntary Benefits
A Federal Credit union that provides a full rang of financial products including but not limited to Checking Accounts, Direct Deposits, Online Deposits, High-yield savings, Auto Loans, Mortgages and home equity loans, Credit Cards, and 24 hour call-service.
In case of an accident or illness, Aflac offers additional coverage with the following plans: Personal Accident Indemnity Plan, Hospital Protection, Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan, and Specified Health Event Protection. Deductions are taken through payroll.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program provides short-term, confidential,counseling at no cost and is available to all employees and their families. Additional services include financial, legal, family status and informational assistance.
Pre-Tax Transit Program
Employees in our New York City offices are eligible to contribute pre-tax dollars each month towards the Transit Program. These funds may then be used to reimburse mass transit commuting costs.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Fila encourages employees to enjoy time away from the office by offering a paid time off program. PTO may be used for vacation or illness and is accrued per pay period for full time employees.
Fila employees receive up to 11 paid holidays per year.
