Our return shipping is free when you use our prepaid fed ex labels, available in your box or by printing out below. You will be charged an $8.00 restocking fee per order, regardless of how many items you return. That fee is WAIVED in the event you are exchanging product; please indicate so on your packing slip.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for all full-priced items and all product in the 'Sale' category for 30 days from the date of your order. No need to call and get return authorization. We want you to be happy. PLEASE NOTE: All items in the 'CLEARANCE' section are FINAL SALE and are not available for returns, refunds or exchanges.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on product that was purchased more than 30 days ago. If your product is defective, please email customer service at ecommUSA@fila.com and we will arrange a QC form to be sent to you.
