How to Use Your Shopping Bag
When you add an item to your shopping bag, it is saved for up to thirty days, even if you leave our site. If you leave our site, delete our cookies and do not have an account with us, items in your shopping bag will be permanently lost.
Putting items in your shopping bag does not reserve them for you; the items could sell out between the time you add them to your shopping bag and when you purchase them. Each time you access your shopping bag, our inventory is checked for the latest availability of each product.
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards billed to addresses in the United States that are issued by financial institutions with offices in the United States. We also accept Fila gift cards.
We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery (COD), and we do not have layaway or deferred payment options.
Redeeming Fila Gift Cards
To redeem a Fila gift card, first add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag. Underneath the items in your shopping bag in the designated place, enter the amount you wish to redeem from your gift card and the gift card’s unique sixteen digit number, then click “Apply.” You will be alerted if your gift card does not have sufficient available credit for the amount you requested.
You may check the balance and add additional funds to your Fila gift card at any time.
Fila gift cards are accepted at Fila.com, but not at any other independent retailer that may carry Fila product.
To redeem your promo code:
- Enter your promo code in the appropriate box under your shopping bag contents
- Promo codes are case sensitive
- Click “Apply”
If your promo code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the order summary. Only one promo code per order will be accepted.
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on the shipping address. The sales tax amount is estimated until order has shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Fila gift cards, however, sales tax will be collected on orders when the gift card is redeemed.
Where sales tax is applicable, we charge sales tax on the shipping cost of your order.
Returns are simple at fila.com:
1. Using the packing list enclosed with your shipment, tell us the reason you wish to make the return. If you lost the packing list, no problem, just contact us first.
2. Box up the items you wish to return and enclose the packing list, or follow the instructions we provide for a lost packing list. Be sure to remove all existing shipping labels and thoroughly cross-out all barcodes on the outside of the box.
3. Return the product to us in one of two ways:
- Affix the pre-paid return label from the packing list to the box and drop it in a USPS collection box, give it to a letter carrier, or bring it to any Post Office. We’ll deduct $5.95 from the amount of your credit to cover return postage, unless we made a shipping error, the product was defective, or you choose to exchange it for the same style in a different color or size.
- Take your box to any shipping service and ship the package to:

Please write the shipment number from your packing list on the front of the box.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll credit your card for the price you paid and any applicable taxes (but not for the shipping and handling costs we charged you), less $5.95 should you use the pre-paid return label (unless we made a shipping error, the product was defective, or you choose to exchange it for the same style in a different color or size).
Exchanges are simple. Return the product you don’t want using the process outlined above and then purchase the replacement product anytime at shop.fila.com. When we receive and process your return, we’ll credit you back for the original purchase, and you will likely have already received the replacement product.
If the products you purchase from fila.com don’t meet your expectations, you may return them up to 60 days later for a credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn, modified or abused products.
