How can I make sure my order arrives in time for Christmas?

FILA is committed to making sure your holiday gift arrives on time. Therefore, to ensure delivery on or before December 24th, please keep the deadlines below in mind.

• FedEx SmartPost Shipping: Place orders by 11 am on December 12th

• FedEx Ground and Home Delivery Shipping: Place orders by 11 am on December 17th

• FedEx Express Save Shipping: Place orders by 11 am on December 20th

• FedEx 2nd Day and 2nd Day am Shipping: Place orders by 11 am on December 21st

• FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight Shipping: Place orders by 11 am on December 22nd

Will I have a problem returning an item?

Returns will be accepted through January 31st, 2018 for all orders placed between November 14th and December 25th.

You will receive a full refund, minus a flat $8.00 handling fee; Fila will cover all return shipping costs within the allotted time period. Please allow 21 business days for your refund to be processed.

Return Exceptions: EFFECTIVE JULY 26, 2012, any full priced items or items indicated with the words 'Sale' in red may be returned if they are unused, unworn product. Handling fees are subject to tax in the state of Maryland PLEASE NOTE: any product(s) marked 'Final Sale' are not available for refunds, returns or exchanges.

What if I have to exchange an item?

We do not perform exchanges at this time – but we've got you covered.
