Summer Smash in Milan!

On Thursday June 25th, Fila celebrated the start of The Championships, Wimbledon at a party called Summer Smash.

At this event, the Fila Flagship Store in Corso Como, Milan took on the shape of a tennis court. It featured a Nintendo Wii play area so everyone could play their own game of tennis!

Outside, the Fila Cafe offered all attendees vibrant summer cocktails and bowls of strawberries & cream, the official dessert of Wimbledon. The fresh vibe was brought by the music of DJset Matteo Ponzano, Brutto Posse! and Reset!.

FILA has the deepest roots in tennis history and it seemed fitting to celebrate the start of the Championships - Wimbledon, the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament in the world.

Fila Corso Como from start to finish!

Fila’s store in Corso Como is the hot new shop in Milan. Check out all the action from the store opening party. See if you can spot a “Richie Tenenbaum” look-a-like in the crowd.

FILA’s pop-up store is located at Corso Como 2, in the busiest section of Corso Como. At the Fila store, you’ll find clothing, footwear and accessories from the Gold and Vintage collections. The store also offers special one-off items exclusive to the store such as the “Made in Italy” series of finely-textured polo shirts in an array of colors designed and produced locally in the Milan area.

When visiting the store, you will also discover an outdoor café and bar area on the pedestrian-only street. If you are in Milan, come by the shop, say hello and stay awhile.

La Dolce Vida - La Dolce Fila!

Fila opens first European flagship store on the renowned Corso Como, Milan today!

The concept store, designed by Swedish Design agency Grow, is a distinctive and dynamic retail experience. The Fila flagship will feature the Fila Vintage and Fila Gold collections (available in Europe only) as well as the co-branded Fila-Wimbledon footwear collection. Limited edition lines and exclusive product will also be retailed through the new flagship store.
