Medical
The Medical Plan offered to employees is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). This plan offers the flexibility to choose your doctor or hospital from a large network of participating providers. The plan provides covered employees the freedom to choose their doctor and control their out of pocket medical costs. This plan is available to Fila employees – no matter where they live or travel. A prescription drug benefit is also included in this plan. All full-time employees, spouses and eligible dependent children may be covered under the Fila Medical Plan.
Vision
The Vision plan operates much like a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and enables you to choose a provider in or out of the network. The election of vision benefits is automatic upon enrollment in the Medical Plan. All full-time employees, spouses and eligible dependent children may be covered under this plan.
Dental
The Dental plan is a Preferred Dentist Program (PDP) that provides coverage for preventative, basic and complex services. This program offers the freedom to choose your dentist. All full-time employees, spouses and dependent children are eligible for coverage.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
The Health Care Flexible Spending Account Program (FSA) helps you to set aside pre-tax money to pay for additional health care expenses. Employees who participate in this plan may contribute between $100 and $1500 per year. All full-time employees are eligible for coverage.
Basic Life Insurance and AD&D
Basic Life Insurance and AD&D is provided to Fila employees at no cost. The benefit offers coverage of two times annual salary.
Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D
Additional life insurance may be purchased to cover you, your spouse or your dependent children.
Disability Insurance
Short and Long Term Disability Insurance is offered to insure employees who may become unable to work due to an illness or injury. This plan provides a 67% salary continuation after a short waiting period. Fila offers this benefit to eligible employees at no cost.
401(k) Savings Plan
The Fila 401(k) Savings Plan is an important part of an employee’s overall benefit package. Participation in the Fila USA, Inc. 401(k) plan is available on the first day of employment to all employees who have attained the age of 19.
Employees are eligible to contribute up to 50% of their salary to the annual maximum. Fila offers a generous company match. Each dollar contributed by an employee to the Plan, up to 6% of pay, is matched with a 50 cent Fila match deposit. The maximum company match is 3% of pay. The Fila match is immediately vested.
There are (16) T. Rowe Price funds included in the Fila USA, Inc. 401(k) Savings Plan.
Tuition Assistance Program
Fila reimburses tuition expenses up to $1,000 per calendar year to employees who wish to improve their education as part of a planned program for self-development. This may be through undergraduate or graduate courses for credit at accredited colleges and universities, or through college-level vocational programs, or certain approved non-credit courses.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program provides short-term, confidential, counseling at no cost and is available to all employees and their families. Additional services include financial, legal, family status and informational assistance.
Pre-Tax Transit Program
Employees in our New York City offices are eligible to contribute up to $105 each month pre-tax. These funds may then be used to reimburse mass transit commuting costs.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Fila encourages employees to enjoy time away from the office by offering a paid time off program. PTO may be used for vacation or illness and is accrued at level of 4 weeks per year for full time employees.
Holidays
Fila employees receive up to 11 paid holidays per year.
Fitness Center Discounts
Discounted memberships are available for several fitness centers in New York and in Maryland.
Employee Discount
Employees and their families may purchase Fila products at a discount on line or in our retail locations.
