Fila currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Collector in our Sparks, MD location. This position will be responsible for the below but not limited to:
- Establish relationships with customer base to ensure effective collection efforts.
- Establish relationships with key business partners to assist in resolution of potential payment disputes.
- Identify customers that may need credit limits adjusted based on orders, payment history, etc.
- Collections – Follow up with accounts on payments and pay cycles.
- Resolution of payment disputes (shortages, freight, returns, terms, etc).
- Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma Required
- Experience: 1 year related experience.
- This position requires knowledge of AS400 and Fila business practices as well as intermediate Excel.
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
