If the product you purchased from fila.com does not meet your expectations, you may return the item up to 30 days later for a full refund, minus a flat $8.00 restock fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn, modified or abused products. To process your return, please click on Check Order Status link at the bottom of every page on our website. Here you may print a prepaid Fed Ex return label. We are unable to process exchanges; however, if you choose to return your product and place a new order as an exchange, you will not be charged a restocking fee.
