Credit Card Authorization

If you pay by credit or debit card you will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped, at which time we will email your tracking information. Before your item(s) is shipped, your card statement will show what looks like a deduction from your account. Please note, these funds have not been deducted, but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order will be processed. This is known as an ‘authorization hold’ and typically lasts from 3 – 7 days depending upon the policy of your bank.

 We take our responsibility to detect fraudulent orders very seriously and ask for your help to make that happen. If the billing details are different from the shipping details, your order may get flagged for follow up by our security department. We will reach out to the billing information on file to confirm you have placed an order and ask for additional information. Please be sure to include a correct phone number on all orders to help speed up that process.

Delivery fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are only charged once regardless of the number of shipments that may be required.
