How to Use Your Shopping Cart

When you add an item to your shopping cart, it is saved for up to four days, even if you leave our site. If you delete your cookies and are not signed in as a registered user on our site, items in your shopping bag will be permanently lost.

Putting items in your shopping bag does not reserve them for you; the items could sell out between the time you add them to your shopping bag and when you purchase them. Each time you access your shopping bag, our inventory is checked for the latest availability of each product.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards billed to addresses in the United States that are issued by financial institutions with offices in the United States. We also accept Fila gift cards and PayPal.

We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery (COD), and we do not have layaway or deferred payment options.

ALL CREDIT CARD NUMBERS SHOULD BE TYPED OUT CONTINUOUSLY. There should be no spaces between numbers. For example, credit card number 1234 5678911 2345 6789 should be entered 1234567891123456789. If you enter the card with spaces, you will be told that the card is not working.

Our site is a secure site, powered by Comodo's Extended Validation SSL certificate, the highest assurance certificate providing 2048-bit, next generation SSL. You can confirm this certificate is working at the point of checkout because the url section of your site will turn green, assuring our customers that they are transacting on a highly trusted and secured domain. Redeeming Fila Gift Cards

As of 11.22.10, Fila Online, Inc. upgraded to a new e-commerce system.  All customers holding a valid Fila gift card will need to call Customer Service at 1-800-845-3452 and confirm the amount on their gift card balance and receive a new gift card number.  That number will be sent to you via email from one of our Customer Service Representatives and will be available after 6am the following business day.   Upon receipt of the new gift card number, you will be able to shop on the site.

  • First add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
  • When you proceed to the 'Step 2. Billing' tab in your checkout process, you will see a section underneath your billing address that allows you to 'Enter Gift Certificate or Coupon/Discount Code'.
  • Enter your new Gift Card code and hit 'Apply'.
  • You will be alerted if your gift card does not have sufficient available credit for the amount you requested.
  • You can also check your available balance by selecting the 'Check Balance' button.

     

    Fila gift cards are accepted at Fila.com, but not at any other independent retailer that may carry Fila product.

    Promo Codes

    To redeem your promo code:

  • Proceed to checkout.
  • You will see a section underneath the items in your shopping bag that allows you to 'Enter Coupon Code'.
  • Enter the appropriate code in the box. Please note the codes are CASE SENSITIVE AND ALL CODES SHOULD BE TYPED OUT CONTINUOUSLY. For example, promo code 15FILA should be typed out '15FILA', not '15 FILA'.
  • Click “Apply”.
  • Promo codes are not available on SALE ITEMS.
  • Only one promo code per order will be accepted.

     

    If your promo code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the order summary.

    Sales Tax

    Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on the shipping address. The sales tax amount is considered an estimate until an order has shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent.

    Where sales tax is applicable, we charge sales tax on the shipping cost of your order.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    EFFECTIVE JULY 26, 2012, any full priced items or items indicated with the words 'Sale' in red may be returned if they are unused, unworn product. You will receive a full refund, minus a flat $8.00 restocking fee; Fila will cover all return shipping costs. Please allow 21 business days for your refund to be processed. PLEASE NOTE: any product marked 'Final Sale' in the 'Clearance' section of the site are FINAL SALE product and are not available for refunds, returns or exchanges.  

     

    Simple Returns

  • Go to www.fila.com. In the upper right hand corner of the page is the 'Register and Access Your Account' section. Please click on these words.
  • In the 'Check Order' section, please enter your order number and your billing zip code. The order number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your packing list between the 'Order Date' and the 'Delivery Method'.
  • A screen will appear with your items from this order. Please click on 'Create and Print a Return Label'.
  • A Google Docs page will appear on your screen with your return label. In the upper left hand corner, you will see the word 'File'. Please click on this word.
  • Hit 'Print'. A label will print that you need to affix to your box.
  • Using the packing list and the return codes that came with your items, write the Return Code next to the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Box up the items you wish to return, write your shipment number on the front of the box (the shipment number is on your packing list in the lower left hand corner under the bar code and enclose the packing list.
  • Be sure to remove all existing labels, thoroughly cross out all bar codes on the outside of the box and return the package to:

  • Please go to any Fed Ex Kinko's drop location with your box. For a list of locations near you, please go to www.fedex.com.

     

    Simple Exchanges

    All you need to do is return the product you don’t want using the returns process outlined above, and then purchase the replacement product anytime at fila.com. When we receive and process your return, we’ll credit you back for the original purchase.

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    If the products you purchase from fila.com don’t meet your expectations, you may return them up to 30 days later for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn, modified or abused products.

    If you want to return Fila products purchased from Fila retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
