Q: How can consumers in the US buy FILA products going forward?
A: Although we are pausing sales through the fila.com website, US consumers may still be able to buy FILA products directly from retailers who continue to have products in stock.
Q: What if I have a return to make of a FILA product I bought from the website?
A: We will continue to honor customer returns in accordance with FILA’s return policy until July 30, 2025. We will accept returns on any unworn, unused product within 30 days from the date of purchase on Fila.com. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your return to be received, processed, and refunded. Any product(s) marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Please review your order details in your Order Confirmation or Order Status Page to verify if items are Final Sale.
Q: Will FILA still honor my gift card balance?
A: Consumers with a remaining balance on their FILA USA gift cards were sent an email message in May with information on how to redeem their remaining balance. Consumers had until June 30, 2025 to use their balance, after which time remaining gift card balances will be refunded, when feasible, and handled in accordance with applicable law.
Q: Can consumers outside of the US still purchase FILA products?
A: Yes. Consumers outside of the US can continue to shop the latest collections in their region-specific physical and online stores.
